Service Planner & Coordinator (36-40 hours)

 

Location: Deurne (NL)

Your role as a Service Planner


1. You are a role model for colleagues especially in terms of service
2. You are a key liaison between our service and technology
3. You contribute ideas to improve the processes of the service department
4. You are responsible for team's employees
5. You work to create a 9+ customer experience

 

Time allocation


50% Daily coordination and scheduling of technicians for service activities
20% Monitoring the execution of service activities in accordance with SLA agreements
10% Contributing to the personal development of employees on your team
10% Informing customers about the scheduled services activities
10% Assessing the work of (onsite) support staff and subcontractors, enabling colleagues to ensure timely and accurate invoicing


Get to know the team: Operations IPNL


Team Operations IPNL has 42 employees and they work on:

  • Monitoring, supervising and maintaining our parking systems at existing customers
  • Supporting and resolving issues
  • Informing and instructing customers on managing and maintaining parking systems
  • Supporting implementation and integration projects

We are searching for:

  • An enthusiastic colleague with excellent planning skills
  • Bachelor's degree level of working en thinking
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience where planning and organizing are key factors
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language (spoken and written)
  • You are analytical, stress-resistant and able to make quick decisions with an eye for detail
  • A completed relevant education and/or extensive knowledge and experience with planning systems

We offer you

  • Salary: €3.000,00 - €5.000,00, depending on your experience
  • 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, (but also the option to have a large part paid out if you prefer to continue working)
