Working as a Lead Product Management
As a Lead Product Management, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the product management team. You play a crucial role in the development of new products, promoting global innovations, and managing our product portfolio. You will closely collaborate with various departments, including R&D, production, marketing, and international Customer Centers to ensure our products meet the highest standards and market requirements.
- You gather requirements and needs, translate them into developments, set the course, monitor project progress, and make adjustments as necessary.
- You create optimal conditions for employees to perform, develop, and succeed.
- You are the point of contact for our international customer centers regarding support (4th line) and product developments.
- You work in a driven team with employees who are passionate about technology and our product.
Product Development: Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Identify market needs and translate them into product requirements. Collaborate with R&D and production to create innovative and competitive products.
Product Management: Manage the product portfolio by analyzing product performance, conducting market research, and making strategic decisions on product positioning and pricing. Ensure an optimal balance between cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Global Innovation: Drive global innovations by monitoring trends and technological developments and translating them into opportunities for new products and improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with our international Customer Centers to understand and integrate local market demands and customer needs into the product development strategy. Support sales teams with technical knowledge and product information.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives and growth strategies. Identify and prioritize new market segments and product opportunities.
Manage Global Technical Support: Responsible for coordinating and optimizing technical support for Customer Centers worldwide. Ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently and strive for high customer satisfaction.
Get to know the team
You will be working in the Product Management team at our headquarters in Deurne. The team consists of 9 members who focus on:
- Optimizing Product Knowledge: Enhancing product knowledge within the internal organization, Customer Centers, and dealers.
- Monitoring Product Performance: Ensuring the effective operation of the current product portfolio (both hardware and software).
- Creating a Unified Vision: Developing a clear and consistent vision for the product portfolio.
- Achieving Product Developments: Driving the realization of new product developments.
We Are Looking For:
- A completed technical education at the bachelor's or master's level, preferably in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within the technical sector.
- Proven experience in product development and innovation on an international level.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to translate market trends into concrete product strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with international teams.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
