Good news! IP Parking has taken a major step in simplifying parking in the Benelux: more than 80% of active users of mobile parking apps can now easily use License Plate Parking.
License plate recognition for mobile parking apps in parking garages is one of the most significant developments in the digitalization and sustainability of parking. It is expected that License Plate Parking will be adopted by parkers as widely as app-based street parking.
In recent months, many parking facilities have been opened up for millions of users of EasyPark and Stadsparkeren in the Netherlands. All Dutch locations that open their facilities to these mobile parkers are supported by a joined marketing campaign to ensure that both existing and new users can easily switch to License Plate Parking via their preferred parking app.
