On Wednesday November 20, CROW-Fietsberaad (bicycle deliberation), in collaboration with NS (public transport), ProRail, the municipality of Utrecht and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, organized the Bicycle Parking Congress 2019: Jimmy Smulders (CEO IP Parking) was one of the speakers about bicycle parking.
